List view

Besides the calendar view, you can also benefit from the list view of the vacation planner, in which you can specifically track and evaluate the absences of your employees with the help of filters and sorting functions.

Time tracking

Employees can clock in to their assigned shifts with their smartphone or on a tablet, which is used as a stationary punch clock. Punched working hours can be confirmed by a manager in order to be adopted by the system. This way you keep a good overview of the hours worked.

Availabilities

Via the desktop you can access and manage availabilities in the form of a list. Create availabilities or let employees create their own availabilities via smartphone app.
