The fee is calculated per active employee per month. If someone is added or deactivated during the month, only the corresponding portion of that month is charged.

You are charged for active users. Deactivated employees and their data remain available, but no further usage fee is incurred.

Invoices are provided digitally. If you pay by invoice, you will receive the documents according to the agreed billing arrangement.

You can pay by SEPA direct debit or credit card. Bank transfer and payment by invoice are available on request.

During the 14-day trial no cancellation is needed: it ends automatically if you don't upgrade. After that, your plan can be cancelled monthly – directly in the Aplano settings, via chat, or by email.

Access to the Android and iOS app is included in every Aplano plan. There is no separate app fee.
