FAQ - Payment

The usage fee is billed monthly for all employees who are set up in the system. This includes every created employee, manager and administrator. The permissions are irrelevant in this case.

The prices per created user differ between the selected packages. If an employee is not entered in the system for the entire month, the amount is calculated depending on the duration the employee has been set up in the system. Example: Employee is set up exactly in the middle of the month. For this month only 50% of the amount will be charged for that user.
