FAQ - Absences

By default the employee's average target hours per day are calculated during a vacation. Absences of the type overtime compensation and wish-free are unpaid. In the event of illness, the planned hours are calculated, i.e. the hours entered for the shift on the day of the absence. The credit can be adjusted as you wish for each type of absence. It is also possible to credit the entered target hours per working day in the event of an absence. These can be defined for each employee in the settings.
